Seas the Soul! Breathe easy in our beach home. PET FRIENDLY! 2-night stay min through Spring! Check in any day! Travel your way. Enjoy the salt water life at reasonable prices. We love military families! It’s a perfect place to connect before/after deployments. Parents stay here to watch your Marine/Airmen graduate! Veteran owned. Close to wedding venues. Morning coffee on the deck with views of Stump Sound. Partial views of the ocean from the front porch. It’s a short 3-minute walk to the sandy beach.

We aren’t a big estate company that will cancel your vacation at the last minute. You are an honored in guest our home. Our guests love our 5-star hospitality. We love being a part of your family’s vacation memories.

Family vacation, Wedding Festivities, girl's getaway, fishing trip, visiting your Marine or Airmen? We are conveniently located near the local military bases: Geiger, Johnson, Lejeune or New River Air Station. Less than a 2 min drive or an 8 min walk to the St. Regis! We are veteran owned and operated! Whatever your fancy is, Seas the Soul is ready for your housing accommodations! Our 3br/2ba, open living concept beach home will help you breath easy!

This home is pet friendly !
***If you or anyone in your party plans on bringing a pet, you must let us know when you book. We charge a Pet Fee (non refundable) of $175. We will love to welcome up to TWO well behaved, house/potty trained pets who are older than 6 months and weigh less than 80lbs. If you bring a pet you must keep them kenneled or crated if left alone in the home. You agree to keep them on a leash (no more than 10 ft in length) when outside and will pick up after them! ***

Our home is on pilings, you will need to walk up one flight of stairs. The rest of the home is on one level. Open living area, dining area, sitting area and kitchen are all accessible to guests. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen appliances, as well as the drip coffee or the Keurig single-use coffee maker with complimentary K-cup coffee pods.

Things our guests love: freedom from the conventional Saturday to Saturday stay. Check in on any day. Tranquil/quiet home and neighborhood; minutes from the beach; quiet beach- best kept secret on Topsail Island; a place to connect and make fun memories with their family.

Things our guests may not love: first, they have to go home!! The proximity to restaurants and grocery store (15 minutes away). Although there is a cute little tiki bar/convenience store for essentials beyond what we already provide. Yet, if you are looking for a place to unwind and connect with friends/family, Seas the Day is it!

Great Location!

The house was an easy walk (<5 min.) to the beach. Awesome location! We cook a lot of seafood at home and the kitchen was very functional so that was good for us. The only issues we experienced was the ceiling fan would not come on in the living room. It flickered, but ran seemed to have a short. The air conditioning also ran off and on. It seemed to get colder at night, but stayed in the upper 70s (74-77) during the day regardless of what we tried to set it to. Also, if you like to grill out, the grill was very small and had no lid, similar to what you find in public grilling areas. We managed though and overall, were very pleased with our accommodations, especially since it was dog friendly :)
