This is the lower unit of a duplex. There will be other guests staying in the unit upstairs. Please do not disturb them. Each of the units is separated with their own private entrance and living spaces.

The entrance is through a private backdoor.
This unit does not have control of the thermostat, the temperature is set a reasonable seasonal normal, fans and space heaters are provided should you want/need them.

The property is decent but the floors are very thin and the tenants upstairs sounded like they were dropping bowling balls on the floor at 5:00 AM. Other than that, everything was fine.

Colorado stay

The unit was very clean. The location was a perfect distance for visiting our family . Beds and Bedding were comfortable. Basement unit was noisy with upstairs guests moving about. It would be nice to have furniture on outside patio. All in all an “ok” stay.
