About this property

**We have done a few updates this spring, 2024 and are excited to share them with you! Included but not limited to blackout curtains in each room to help with a good nights sleep, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and all new towels and bed linens. ** The saltwater pool will officially open on April 26, 2024 for the season.

Welcome to our beautiful, oceanfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach. Wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy breathtaking dune views from your private balcony. Take a dip in the saltwater pool or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day in the sun. This prime location is just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. It has held very special memories for us and our friends, and we hope that you will make lifelong memories here too!

The unit features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, making it perfect for small groups/families or couples.

The Primary Bedroom has a Queen bed, private half-bath, and offers private access to the oceanfront* deck.

The 2nd bedroom offers a full bed and twin bed. The living room sofa converts to a Queen-sized bed. New Samsung Smart TV with app hub to stream Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, and much more.

The spacious living room opens onto a balcony perfect for coffee and cocktails while enjoying the sounds of the crashing waves! Step outside the front door and enjoy the beautiful, private saltwater swimming pool.

A Place at the Beach includes smart tv, WI-FI, cable, 1 private/reserved parking space (one designated and one guest pass), a saltwater swimming pool, outside shower, and a charcoal grill and picnic tables only steps away in the complex common area. Seahorse public beach access.

This condo can serve a variety of needs and has a few primary house rules:
- No Pets Allowed
- No parties allowed
- No smoking, vaping, candles or incense inside the unit.

*View from first floor condo is primarily of the dunes. This condo is oceanfront but not oceanview.

Charming Condo

Had a lovely short stay in this condo. Has everything needed for a beach vacation. Checked in a little late due to extra cleaning needed, (condo was very clean!) but host allowed us to check out late to make up for the inconvenience.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The place was exactly how it was described. It was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. The host was quick in responding and very helpful. It was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and it definitely did not disappoint. I love that the beach was right there. It was very relaxing and beautiful and not overcrowded. My daughter was fortunate enough to find a sharks tooth the first night exploring. The location was perfect from beach shops and restaurants. We will definitely be booking here again.

Great Stay!!

As described and more. Steps from the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk. The family and I had a great long weekend with fireworks and great food. Extremely quiet and the pool was perfect after being on the beach all day. Bring a 4-wheel drive and take it out on Fort Fisher. You won’t regret it.

Girls Vacation 2023

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our first (of many) beach vacation 2023! This little boho beach dream was just perfect! The hostess and the neighborhood were wonderful!!

My husband and I have been married since 2008, and we now have 3 girls and a little boy. We have been living in Wilmington, NC (5 minutes from Carolina Beach) since 2019, and we love it here. My husband works in roofing, and I stay home with our 4 kids. We love the beach, exploring Masonboro Island, hiking at Carolina Beach State Park and Fort Fisher, and sharing our love for all things coastal with our guests! We look forward to hosting you soon!
