About Melania Quinn
I lived in Switzerland and in France with my own family, and we spent our summers in Havre de Grace with my mom and dad when our kids were small. We bought The Armitage because of its charm and the location; only a block away from my parents. The kids are grown now, and I still live in Switzerland but Havre de Grace is still where the family action is. I fly in at least twice a year. It's our pleasure to share with our guests the elegance and classic charm of The Armitage HdG, our vacation home in historic Havre de Grace, Maryland, USA. Bring your family or friends and a few good books; even for a short while, enjoy as we do the quality moments of time-gone-by. On habite en Suisse, nationalité Française/Américaine; bilingue français/anglais

What makes this House unique
Within walking distance of most everything in Havre de Grace, including the Concord lighthouse and the raised wooden promenade along the Susquehanna River. The front porch is a favorite feature; plenty of seating for a cozy coffee in the morning, or drinks in the afternoon.

An amazing home! My granddaughter was enamored and wants to live in this beautiful house. Loved staying here.
Beautiful Historic Home in Lovely Havre de Grace
This home is wonderful, comfortable , clean and historic. We loved the interior, and especially enjoyed coffee in the morning on the front porch, walking into downtown Havre de Grace, and strolling along the river.
Melania was a terrific help, and the check-in and getting settled processes were simple. It is an old property so there are some quirks but those just add to the charm! Overall a great place to visit, and we plan to be back!
Great Victorian House in Beautiful Havre de Grace
Classic victorian house that has been tastefully restored. Very spacious living and dining room, updated kitchens and baths, and a nice utility room and full bathroom in the renovated basement. Nice big beds laid out upstairs. Great location near all the stuff you want to do in Havre de Grace (and a great candy shoppe). Nothing to complain about!
Weekend Family Gathering
Nice little town near the bay. The house was very close to town which made it nice. We were lucky to be there for First Friday which was nice to participate in. The streets are closed and there was live music and street vendors. We enjoyed a day in Baltimore at the harbor, an easy 1 hour drive. We also made a visit to the Mount Felix winery. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 adults. I loved the charm of the home. Would stay again!
In town for baseball tournament
Thank you Melania! The house was clean and super comfortable and located close enough to the Ripken fields that we had an easy time getting everywhere we needed to go. We also enjoyed some parasailing and local restaurants.
