Extra large dining room, perfect for entertaining on warm summer evenings. Nantasket Beach & downtown are just a 5 minute walk away. Also close walking proximity to various restaurants, Village Market, grocery store, pharmacy, gift shops, spa, bakeries, dry cleaner, ice cream shops, eateries and more! Nearby outdoor park & playground adjacent to the house, with tennis courts & basketball courts. Monthly or long term rental only. Hull offers a 23 min. Ferry into Boston, includes a bar/restrooms and offers food services on the boat, gorgeous views of islands for additional shopping and excursions. The Ferry docks near the Aquarium MBTA stop. The Hull Ferry leaves from Allerton Point in Daily & Evenings schedules. No pets, no smokers. Maximum 6 person stay during rental period.
