Fantastic condo
This end unit oceanfront condo is on the 12th floor with beautiful ocean views. It's a bonus to have clear views of Front street (you can even see the ferris wheel at Pier Park) and partial of the ocean from the second bedroom. The main bedroom is facing the ocean with sliding doors to the extremely large balcony. Seating on the balcony is very comfortable.
The condo is well decorated and cozy. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and every extra imaginable including a belgian waffle maker and crock pot. There are even 2 sets of binoculars provided which came in handy for watching the dolphins swim by.
Having 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up daily is a huge bonus. And this condo has a closet full of beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, etc. to use.
Emerald Isle is west of Pier Park in a quieter section yet still convenient to everything.
Prior to our arrival date we received a clear and concise e-mail from the owners. "Check-in' was easy since all you need is a door key code. There are luggage racks next to the elevators so you can quickly load and unload your vehicle. Parking is limited under the building and there's a large lot across the street (with access to the building via walkway bridge). We were able to park under the building our entire stay.
