The 2nd Floor 2 Bedrooms has two Queen Size comfortable beds includes some seating, storage options for clothing and each room. Also has a living room that offers two queen-size sofa-sleepers to accommodate additional if needed. An extra clean spa like the bathroom. A fully supplied kitchen with stainless steel appliances refrigerator, stove and microwave comfortable kitchen table for eating connected to the bonus lounging area for the extra add relaxation that has WI-FI TV and a workspace area. This area is great for traveling professionals, families, couples or any just wanting to get away time. There is free off street parking or can choose to preschedule the ride/taxi services option available for the special booking.

I will NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN EVEN THO THE HOUSE WAS NICE THE HOST WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE WAS NOT REACHABLE…. SHE DIDNT RESPOND TO CALLS TEXTS OR EMAILS….No WI-FI DURING MY STAY SO I WASNT ABLE TO WATCH TV THE DISHES WAS DIRTY AND IT WAS BUGS IN THE HOUSE SMH I cut my stay short cause I was not Please with the stay

You get what you pay for

Be prepared to climb very steep stairs when you get there. Loved that we were close to everything and family. Only stayed to sleep. Didn’t have our child stay there though because of the heavy dust and not trusting of the cleanliness of the unit and broken items like the bedroom door.Check the dishes before you use them a lot of them were not cleaned if your staying 4 days or more be sure to bring any additional trash bags since only 1 is left in there. As my beautiful grandmother would say you get what you pay for it’s a reason it’s was only 90.00 God bless

The location was in the middle of Chicago Heights, local restaurants where very good, grocery store and pizza was close, plenty of hot water, the 2 beds where comfortable, the pull out is a pull out, I slept about 9 people with 1 air mattress, plenty of clean towels, kitchen was nice, just needed a washer dryer

Better than we expected

Property was per the pictures ... very comfortableandmore than enough space ... convenient to our events, stores, food, ect ... easy access ... parking was a little tight but very convenient ... reaching out to property manager was cool upon arrival but couldn't reach upon exit but it was okay ... first time so i know to ask all questions in beginning (work day so not judging) ... they do need to get a working coffee pot, rod sink in bathroom, and refrigerator door (little extra force to close) minor stuff ... we really enjoyed, conveniently located and quite, very spacious ... we are definitely reaching out again to stay and informed my friends and family.

• Please leave house the way you generally found it.
• Smoking is allowed but please don't leave cigarettes or ashes. Please use ashtrays and make sure empty afterwards
• Please be careful do not drop ashes or make burn marks anywhere.
• If you use dishes, please wash them prior to leave
• Please remove all belongings and food prior to leaving
( open or unopened)
• Leave any used towels in a pile on the floor in place any trash in the garbage can
• When leave please make sure to use your access code # to lock door back downstairs when exiting the unit.
