If you're flying into Chicago, we're only a 20-minute drive from O'Hare when there is no traffic. But with the city's traffic, you may be better off taking public transit and saving some money on the taxi or Uber fare. Take the Blue Line from O'Hare to Belmont & Kimball, then transfer to the #77 bus and ride for about 15 minutes to Belmont & Paulina.

In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
