Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start out and say, I would 100% stay here again. It was a great place to come home to and seemed well furnished clean, all things considered.To highlight some concerns... Now, that being said I did have concerns. Walking into my apartment I found a few cockroaches, they were dead, but that just seemed kind of Icky. The shower also had a notice-able amount of mold, which I brushed off as typical for a humid, warm climate. The "gym" that the claim to have, seems like a junk yard -- with rusted out and unconventional weight machines. It gets the job done -ish. lastly there is a false sense of security. The back gate appear to have a lock, but both locks just pop right open when you give them a slight tug. I saw tons of guests use this "trick", the front gate is similar in that there is a code for the walk-in gate, but all you have to do is poke your arm through and push it open from the other side. I saw someone try it and tried it myself to confirm. Almost effortless. Lastly, while the beach front was AMAZING, it is RIGHT BY the railroad tracks. I could feel the rumble of the train as it passed by (it wasn't bad and is not a deal breaker -- kind of fun, but worth noting, because if you are a light sleeper it could be less than ideal). Again. Not ripping on the property, as it was a good stay. Just somethings to note.
