Open floorplan, light and bright with vaulted ceilings, and accented fireplace. New kitchen with white cabinets, quartz c-tops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and wine fridge. Neutral tile plank flooring and paint throughout. Split bedrooms. Large dual master suites, walk-in/oversized closets. Remodeled bathrooms with custom backsplashes and new vanities. Upgraded lighting, brand new shutters and blinds. New furniture with a contemporary, Mid-century modern flair. Fully outfitted kitchen and linens provided. First floor corner unit that sides grassy area. Heated pool and spa and shared BBQ's. Garage is used as owner closet, 1 unassigned community spot will be available to tenant. Due to HOA rules, if tenant has 2 cars one will need to be parked across Miller on residential street. Pets on approval. $150 monthly cap on electric. Due to the nature of a longer lease, supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and paper products will not be provided and/or restocked. Previous tenants may have left items for use. WINTER SEASON: Minimum 3 month rental January through March. All other times 30 day minimum required.

Home away from home
Perfect place to enjoy time away from the cold Minnesota weather for a month! The condo is so comfortable and convenient to so many things. We really enjoyed the easy access to the Greenway and took full advantage of the walking opportunities. We loved everything about the condo and the property. The pool is awesome and so convenient to the condo. Everything looked exactly as pictured us the listing. Alyssa is great to work with and even sent us a card after we arrived to make sure we were enjoying the condo. We hope to return for another winter getaway !! Thank you, Alyssa, for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable!

Well decorated recent remodel. The unit is in excellent condition with very nice late model appliances. The living room and bedrooms are nice and roomy. The location is close to Scottsdale "Old Town", a post office, LA Fitness gym, grocery store, Lowes and several types of restaurants. It's located next to the Scottsdale Greenway where we enjoyed walking often. The condo has easy access to the 101 freeway so getting around the Phoenix area isn't difficult. The owner was quick to respond to questions and willing to help us when asked. The owner was open about the parking being tight. We usually could park near the condo during the day but if you return by late afternoon or evening you'll have to park across the street in the neighborhood next door. The condo has a pantry which is locked and storage is reserved for the owner. The cupboards are well stocked with glasses, cups and dishes. The drawers and cabinets are very well stocked with all sorts of kitchen utensils. The good news is if you want to prepare and cook your own meals, you will find this condo well set up to do that. The only downside for us is that the pantry was off limits to renters which meant we had to store all our non-refrigerated groceries on the counter tops. Overall, we'd highly recommend this condo but if you book this unit, be aware of the parking problem and be prepared to store your groceries on the kitchen counters. Otherwise it was great.
