LIVING AREA

This beautiful home boasts high ceilings and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space which is perfect for family gatherings and game nights. When it's time to relax, there is ample seating for seven on the plush couch, oversized armchair and two comfy chairs. Flip to Netflix on the flat-screen smart TV and binge watch your favorite show! This open-concept area, along with the kitchen and dining spaces, provide easy access to the private pool area just a door and threshold away.

KITCHEN & DINING

Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully-equipped kitchen with ample granite counter space and a full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, six people can dine at the table and an additional three at the kitchen island. There is additional seating for six at the picnic table just outside the dining area under the covered patio.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This home sleeps 13 comfortably – up to 10 adults and 3 children due to bunk-bed limitations.

This home features two master suites, both with a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and huge walk-in closets, flat-screen TVs, and an ensuite master bathroom with double vanities. The downstairs master bathroom features a walk-in shower perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. This suite also hosts a private exit to the covered back porch with seating for two. The upstairs master bathroom is the perfect retreat to unwind after a hard day of vacationing. With an oversized walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, this room of the house is in direct competition with the private pool for where you'll spend most of your time! This suite provides access to the second-floor front balcony with seating for four.

The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and ample storage space in the oversized dresser and closet, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed and ample storage space in the oversized dresser and closet. Both of these bedrooms exit onto a shared balcony with a gorgeous water view just steps away.

A bunk room is nestled on the second-floor containing a twin-over-full bunk bed for children under the age of 15. This room also hosts a twin daybed and twin trundle bed.

There is a shared full bathroom near the third and fourth bedrooms containing double vanities in the “ready-room” with a separate water closet with shower/tub combination so as not to slow down any family member getting ready in the morning.

A half-bathroom sits conveniently on the ground-floor near the pool area door.

HOME AMENITIES

This home features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach. This home is a short 90-second walk through the private paver walkway to the nearest beach access.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step out onto the spacious furnished covered patio and enjoy your morning coffee at the picnic table with seating for six. Fancy yourself a grill master? Fire up the provided charcoal grill and serve a barbeque dinner to your family while watching the kids splash in the private pool. An outdoor shower on the side of the house is conveniently placed to rinse off any beach sand or dirt prior to going back inside. Two loungers placed by the pool allow guests to sunbathe without ever leaving your home. There's also a tanning ledge built into the pool for even more guests to lay out and take in all the vitamin D this home can offer you.

Forget your sunscreen? Take a quick 3-minute drive down the street to Alvin's Island and grab all your beach essentials without ever having to get sand in your car!

PARKING

Guests have access to the private concrete driveway. There is room for three vehicles. Street parking is not permitted, but trailer or boat parking is allowed in the driveway.

THE AREA

If you do want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park which is less than a mile away. This home's prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Patches Pub within walking distance – ask for the Bangin' Bloody Mary! For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick car ride to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center.

We absolutely loved the house. Very comfortable for nine of us. It would have been better if the pool was heated (which is our fault for not checking better) but we really enjoyed our time. Short walk to beach. A couple of hiccups while we were there, but the management company took care of it right away. I would definitely rent here again.

Needs a deep clean
Overall the house was beautiful. It’s spacious and can fit large groups. The closest and bathrooms in the king bedrooms were amazing. My only and biggest complaint would be how dirty it was . Upon arrival I always do a walk through. Of course there’s going to be minor issues like prints on the walls, nothing is perfect but the door handle in the downstairs bathroom was off and sitting on the sink. When you walk up the stairs, there were several stairs that were loose and could be a safety hazard. I sent that information over and the next they the replied offering to come fix it. As we stayed a little longer, we noticed that the floors were terribly dirty. We wanted to let the kids enjoy the pool that Friday when it warmed up but the pool was filthy and the pool guy didn’t come until Friday afternoon and checkout was Saturday morning. We’ve been there since Wednesday. On check out day, I always strip the beds and while doing so, there were very disturbing stains on the mattress of the upstairs king room and on the plastic of another room upstairs. For the home to be so big and beautiful, it shows that there wasn’t a deep clean done . We did ask for a late checkout being 10am was so early with having to travel with everything we brought for thanksgiving and even after the complaints, they still wanted to charge for a few hrs of late check out.

A few things wrong
The floors were dirty. You could not walk around without shoes on, without your feet being black. There was saranwrap around the blinds to the back door for some reason. There was stuff smeared on the wall in the upstairs bathroom.

Maintenance needed.
The condo was clean, all appliances worked properly, and two bedrooms were large with impressive bathrooms. But the owners should concentrate more on maintenance. Toilet seats were loose, and bathroom fans didn't work. There was algae in the pool, several small holes in the wall, and some table chairs could not be sat in because the legs needed to be tightened. One of the bedroom mattresses had springs coming out. Overall, the condo is nice but will only be for a short time if the maintenance is not kept up.
