Welcome to the newly remodeled Sunset Perch. Located just 2 miles west of the Pier and Shoreline in Surfside Beach... "The Family Beach".
Note: This location (Surfside Beach) is more to the South of "Myrtle Beach" and it's a 25–30-minute drive during season, up to Downtown Myrtle Beach/Sky Wheel area but is within shorter distance (15 minutes) to MBI airport and The Market Commons!!
3-night minimum stay. Check-in time at 3:pm and Check-out time at 10: am.
It is 2 Flights of stairs up.... there is No Elevator. And I'm sorry but my HOA doesn't allow Golf Carts!

I share with you, this 3rd floor condo that has all the features and amenities of home, with a vacation feel! Bonus Sunroom with Custom Barn Doors converts into another enclosed sleep room... makes suitable for a party of 5.
After a day out at the beach, waterparks and golf courses, come on back, relax and continue your vacation. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Sun setting over the Pool and Lake from the Sunroom and bedrooms or by just lounging at poolside.
The condo is very clean, spacious and has an open floor plan, with vaulted ceilings. New kitchen and appliances. There is Plenty of comfortable seating with recliners on both ends of the sofa and also a reclining chair. in the living area with a 65-inch Smart/Flat screen TV and WIFI... There are flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. Dining table for 4 and 2 stool countertop seating. 3 Smart TV's, The Master suite has a King size bed and newly remodeled master bath with walk-in shower, along with a 55-inch flat screen TV. The Guest bedroom has 1 Full size and 1 Twin bed, with a 40-inch flat screen TV. There is a Tub/Shower in the 2nd bathroom. Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. So please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have...
A code for the electronic lock will be sent to all renters a day or two before your check-in date.
There is NO SMOKING! If you smoke, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee!
Do Not feed the Swans, Geese or Ducks... Or refrain from getting too close, they can be aggressive and can attack you.

Great location

The property is located right beside some recreation baseball fields and is perfectly placed. It was 7 miles from everywhere we needed to go and wanted to go. The renovations were as advertised. The place was very clean and quiet. The host was very easy to get ahold of and very understanding of my faults on working things. I would definitely stay here again and I plan on staying there again in the future.

Better than the pics

We had an excellent stay here at Surfside. John was an excellent host even allowing us to enter the property early since it was already ready. The pictures made the place look wonderful and in reality it was even better. Honestly the condo was larger than we expected and beautifully decorated. It was only minutes from the beach and everything else. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place with a Cool Vibe

This is a lovely place to stay. The beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the comforts of home. There is plenty of room and the sitting room was ideal for me to get a little work done while the family watched an evening movie. The pool was very nice. The ocean/beach is only a couple of miles away. Lots of DoorDash options (a must with teens). The host was readily available for any questions or concerns. We had none, but it was good to know that we had a direct number for him. GREAT STAY!
