This cozy ground floor one bedroom condo just half a mile to the Beach. Restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and more are all located within walking distance.
The well-manicured landscaping and stylish design of the Beach Club Condos are are perfect for giving you that Florida-vacation feel.

Full access to the heated community pool, jacuzzi, and gym using the fob (touchless gate key) provided in the unit.

This one bedroom fully-furnished condo features a Queen bed with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower/tub combo.
You may use all the facilities including the full-sized washer/dryer, an equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee/tea.
The condo layout is featured towards the end of the listing pictures.

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Neighborhood:
This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.
You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.
Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-watering delicious.

Nice unit with good access to beaches, restaurants and food shopping. Quiet and clean.

Unit was fine as were the sun and beach sand.

A gem

Perfect location, close to beach, shops and restaurants, less than an hour away from Kennedy Space Center. Stayed an extended weekend and found everything we needed in this immaculate 1bedroom ground floor condo. They even had a small cooler and beach chairs to use. A welcome basket of snacks and bottle of wine made our weekend complete. Would definitely stay here again

This is a small 1 bed condo . Right off the street but hard to find . Cleen and had coffee with extras . Complex had nice Clean pool and hot tub . I would stay again .

Very nice!

No complaints! Beautiful condo complex. We loved the pool and little patio. Lots of restaurants and grocery within walking distance. We thank the owners for treats.
