Welcome to our guest house! This property is a full acre with 2 homes on site. 6 foot privacy fence with gated access. This yard is ideal for dogs and we have 3. You may enjoy the relaxing Koi pond, mature landscape, terrific bird watching or the mild climate. All located within minutes or walking distance from the Las Cruces Convention Center, New Mexico State University, Historic Town of Mesilla, I-10 & I-25.

Great for remote work

Ideal remote work setting. Quiet, easy walking to restaurants, Starbucks, university campus. Katie is super!

Amazing Property & Even Better People

So the listing is a bit misleading, but they aren’t hiding anything bad. Quite the opposite. There is a beautiful pond on the property, tons of fruit and vegetable trees, bushes, and plants. While I was there they had pomegranates, pistachios, watermelon, and pumpkins all growing. It was amazing. Katie and her family were also just so laid back and easy to deal with. I come to Las Cruces every year for onion season and I’ve already told her we call dibs on the property again next year. We don’t want to stay anywhere else lol we found the best place hands down. No need to keep trying new ones!

Great Stay at Paloma Encantada in Las Cruces

Let me start by saying what a wonderful and gracious host Katie and her family are at this incredible property. The house was spacious, clean and had a very home like feeling right from the start. Everything I needed for my stay was provided including some food essentials to make me feel very welcome. I completely recommend this property and look forward to my next stay in beautiful Las Cruces NM
