Living furniture needs to be replaced

The unit was clean and available for check in early. Our complaint is the sofa was is very worn and uncomfortable. The cushions sank into the frame when sat on. The large recliner pictured in the ad was not in the unit. A reclining chair with an ottoman was there in its place. The listing made specific reference to the sumptuous furniture which was not sumptuous at all.

Weekend getaway

We checked in on Thursday after hours and checked out on Sunday when the office was closed. Both processes were super easy and efficient. The office was great about contacting us to make sure we knew where to go and what to do. The room exceeded our expectations in all ways! The location was close to so many attractions and made going places a breeze. We'll definitely choose to stay at Whispering Pines again!!

Dollywood tickets means one ticket will not ever come back

Not worth the price per night because I thought we all four got Dollywood tickets but we only got one ticket. Coming back the week of Christmas but will not be staying here!
