Great location but needs updating

Great location and great views. Conveniently located to the parkway and everything in Pigeon Forge. Liked that it was a top floor unit. Spacious condo. Primary bedroom really needs a new mattress and pillows. It’s like staying at grandmas. The mattress makes you sink to the middle (guessing at least 20 years old) and the pillows are 1-2 inches thick-no kidding. My recommendation if you rent is to bring your own pillow. Like some other reviewers mentioned, there is still mold that needs cleaned in the shower area and drain plug was broken in the primary bathroom. The freezer poured water all over our food in the refrigerator. During our stay the overnight temps were in the 30s, and the fireplace didn’t have the gas on so we couldn’t use it. It would have been handy to have since we couldn’t change the AC to heat-had to call the property manager so they could come to the unit to unlock the thermostat. That took several hours. Note that to get to the indoor pool you have to walk outside-so pack for that. The pool area and bathroom really needed cleaned.

Amazing view with great price

The room was so clean. It was also decorated to fit the season and the weekend. My kids really enjoyed the Christmas tree and decorations. We all enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony. We will definitely be back.
