The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach is located on Boca Ciega Bay and is less than a 10 minute walk to the white sandy beach. You can watch dolphins or fish from one of three fishing decks and see the amazing sunsets on the beach. MBYC is a gated well maintained facility.

MBYC club house includes a small gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and billiard room. It has two outdoor heated pools, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating tables, and fishing piers. Restaurants, shopping, bars and a public park are all within walking distance to this complex. John's pass is a short drive away.

Our unit is a 1st floor, two bedroom, one bath condo that is approximately 750 square foot. It has a fully- equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a grill outside. The master bedroom includes a king size bed. The second bedroom includes a full size bed.This unit has a washer/dryer, and a full sleeper sofa.

No smoking or vaping will be tolerated. You will be charged $500.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor. If excessive cleaning is required after check out, that extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. No pets allowed.

$150.00 one time cleaning fee.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require that at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age.

Additional Rules:
A photo ID will be required upon arrival during front office hours to get parking pass. Office is closed Saturdays & Sundays, open for guests Monday:9am-12pm; Tuesday-Friday: 1pm- 4pm.
Please respect our condo just as you would respect your home. Excessive noise or rowdy complaints from owners will possibly require removal without a refund by condo association.

Please be respectful of the 11am check-out time, so that the cleaning service can begin their work promptly, as they have other cleaning service appointments to meet.

For the Hoa/ office I will need some information from your reservation to register your stay. A few weeks before you check in I will reach out to make sure everything is still as planned and will require all the full names of the adults and the number of children staying if any. I would need to know the number of parking passes ( max is 2) and a one address and phone number for the registration.
