This is a fully equipped newer, modern separate suite with garage parking. There is separate entry on the side of the property and the suite includes its own laundry. There is also a fully functional kitchen, including a dishwasher. The west end suite is located near West Edmonton Mall with easy access across the City and to Spruce Grove due to the proximity to Whitemud and Anthony Henday. There is also a shared yard with a dog run if you bring your furry friend (for an extra fee).

The garage is a shared space so has parking for one car. If you have two, you can also park on the right side of the driveway. The upstairs tenants have a dog so you are welcome to bring yours also (only 1 dog is allowed).

The guests have their own separate side entry to the suite from the garage and backyard. The yard and garage are shared with the upstairs tenants.

The area of Rosenthal is new but has beautiful walking trails and a spray park. Really close by there is a strip mall with a McDonalds, groceries and many other amenities. The Lewis Farms Transit Centre has park and ride for easy access to downtown and the University and is about a 5 minute drive away.

Driving is recommended although there is bus service during peak hours in the area and within a 10 minute walk bus service is available more regularly.

If you bring your dog please ensure it will get along with the dog upstairs if you use the dog run and that there is an additional fee of $20/night. Dogs can only go in the dog run so not to ruin the yard and if they are loud you need to take them with you when you head out during your stay.
