Enjoy our beautiful vacation rental at Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach, Florida. This vacation complex offers two community pools and two lighted tennis courts for fun filled matches with friends and family so be sure to pack your racquets! The gorgeous white sand shoreline and emerald water is just a short walk away from this vacation accommodation, as well.

Why we love Beachside Villas – complex is beach side, family friendly and has a heated pool February – April (perfect for spring break week which can be chilly on occasion). For parents with children ages 10-18 – you can feel safe allowing your children to walk to the ice cream shop or go on a bike ride without too much worry as people drive extremely slow around this area.

*ATTENTION: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

*PLEASE NOTE: Use of owners Games, Beach Gear & Chairs are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner. We do not provide beach towels please remember to pack a few for your trip!

*WI-FI INFORMATION
Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hot spot with you. Enabling WiFi calling on your cellphone may help. Service is BEST at entrance of the community, on 30A & at the beach! Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, NO exceptions.

*PARKING
2 parking spaces per unit/property you rent. You must obtain a parking pass from the on site - HOA office. Parking is Free of Charge. No overnight parking at the pool. No Available RV or Trailer Parking.

*ONSITE BIKE RENTAL
Available in onsite HOA office

*BEACH SHUTTLE
Runs Seasonally, Must wear provided bracelets to ride shuttle

*No Smoking permitted in home

Any Event or Party must be discussed and approved by host prior to booking. Children of all ages are welcome. You are welcome to bring anything else you'll need along. Please contact me with any questions. Check-in time is anytime after 4pm. Check out time is 10am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. We do not allow smoking; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine. We do not allow pets; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $75 for every extra hour of cleaning required. Guests are not allowed to book a stay for someone other than themselves. They must be one of the guests. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in case of such events. If more guests sleep over than the allowable maximum number for the home, the security deposit will be charged in full. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check out time, guests will be charged $100. Any guest who is still in the location after 1pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.
