Grande Shores Ocean Resort is located OCEANFRONT in Myrtle Beach with an amazing north view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our property is located in an upscale residential neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops nearby! Grande Shores is perfect for families (large and small – if you need multiple condos, DM for assistance), golf vacations, and girlfriend getaways. Guests enjoy 3 POOLS, 2 LAZY RIVERS, and 5 HOT TUB SPAS. Parking is onsite and outside the unit.

Our guest bedroom has 2 queens, the master has a king, ensuite bathroom, and a slider to a private ocean-view balcony. There is a full bath off the main hall, along with a closet for storing beach toys. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa. The resort is located adjacent to a residential neighborhood where the beach tends to be less crowded.

CONDO FEATURES:

This is our second home, and we treat it with lots of love and care. We completely remodeled the unit when it was purchased and each year we update something! We work with onsite housekeeping so that you can choose to have the condo refreshed each day (the front desk will be happy to give you details about this extra service). You may note in our reviews that our guests continually mention how clean the condo is.

BOOKING DETAILS:

• Check-in: after 4 PM (on occasion the condo may be ready early
– feel free to check with the staff and you can access the
property amenities at any time on your day of arrival

• All linens and exit cleaning is included in the cost
• All reservations require a signed RENTAL AGREEMENT
• You must be 23 years of age to check-in and the responsible
party must stay in the unit
• NO PETS. Sorry, pets are not allowed per the Homeowner's
Association
• NO SMOKING in the condo. Resort rules prohibit smoking on
balconies

Very Nice Place

This condo was accurately depicted on the website. It was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient and you are right on the beach. Several swimming pools are available as well. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Great place for a getaway

The room was great. We've stayed at a few different oceanfront properties in Myrtle Beach over the years, and it's a fairly typical setup for a two bedroom, but everything is in better condition. Overall, the room was pretty great. The property was fine, but there was construction that had most of the outdoor pools closed. The weather wasn't very warm, so it wasn't a big deal. The pool area was nice enough, just showing it's age a bit. We enjoyed the hot tubs on the 7th floor. I'd certainly stay again.

Fantastic Beach vacation spot

The listing was accurate, even better than expected. Plenty of room, lovely side beach view. Fantastic amenities, covered parking deck. I will definitely consider booking again next year.

This condo is a family dream realized! We love sitting and watching the water, beautiful sunrises, as well as storms from the balcony, and unlimited seafood options! Phil is a manager for a large industrial company. Sharon is a semi-retired paralegal and an always-available Nana.

Why they chose this property

After viewing many condos up and down the beach, we chose Grande Shores Resort based on view, location, and amenities. Because the property borders a residential area, the beach tends to be less crowded. There are restaurants within walking distance and Publix and Starbucks are a couple of blocks. Do you walk for exercise? Ask us about the two-mile walk that is right outside the door in a beautiful neighborhood. Plus....THE BEACH!

What makes this property unique

We work hard to keep our condo updated and amazingly clean! Our guests tell us that the PARKING IS THE BEST! Being able to drive up six floors and park outside the condo is one of our favorite features. Having a restaurant and bar on the property is a real bonus.
