This house has a cozy feel with classic decor. Spacious living room with plenty of seating for that cozy hangout with comfy couches you will love when visiting with family or friends. My favorite room is the dining room with a extended view of the large backyard. The Backyard and Patio space is what will make your visit worth it. This is a space where you can host a small event.

The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 living areas. Full kitchen and a very long / large backyard. Plenty of space for a family gathering / visit in Long Island. The house is very close to the highways and shopping areas.

Great Communication!!

The owner was AMAZING with communication with an impressive response time. Many of the issues brought up in the old reviews have been addressed - new linens, new mattresses, etc. They are clearly very attentive and responsive to their renters.

Disappointed

The house looks nice from the outside. However, upon entering we were immediately met by an odd smell that we were not able to identify. None of the TV remotes worked. The house needs ALOT of updates. Doors and baseboards need to be cleaned or repainted. The beds need new mattresses.. they are very old and worn. Linens need updating. The downstairs bathroom had shampoo and loofahs still in. My husband made a come t that it felt someone lives there until it’s rented. The shower door needs fixing. The basement was creepy. The decor really worn out. If we’d have had time we would have left and found other accommodations. Unfortunately, our schedule for family wedding events didn’t allow us the opportunity.

Gross House

The house was not clean. There were stains on the carpet, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and an overwhelming smell of mothballs. We were in town for a wedding and needed more space than a hotel could provide but we would not stay there again.

Great stay!

We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for my family and the kids. Walking distance to a large park/pool and also had a playground in the backyard. The house may not be a brand new build but we were comfortable with kids. Our host was flexible and responsive to our questions. Would recommend!

Perfect for multigenerational family stay

The property was perfect for a long weekend stay with family: young old and in-between. We were in the area to attend a family wedding and the house was just right for us. The backyard play set and nearby park we’re a huge plus. Also, thank you Rony for your responsiveness when we asked for help with the outdoor lighting.
