LOVE SUGAR BEACH CONDOS

2ND YEAR COMING AND WILL GO AGAIN NEXT YEAR. GREAT TIME AND GREAT PLACE. THEY KEEP THE GROUNDS SPOTLESS AND PEOPLE ARE ALL SO FRIENDLY! WE LOVE SUGAR BEACH CONDOS!!! SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!!

Wet, Loud and windy!

The air conditioning had leaked everywhere in the hallway and the kitchen. Someone fixed that problem right away and took away the WET soggy rug and brought in fans, and a dehumidifier to try to dry out the place but water was still coming out of the floor after 4 days. We did everything they asked us to do but it was an awful stay. I stayed there in the same place before and it was wonderful, but not this time. Also it took 3 days to get the ice maker fixed and no one offered to supply us with ice! Also we were told we would get one night refund and that has not happened!!

Room and stay

There is no door to the upstairs bedroom. Some wear and tear on the condo. Elevator was very sketchy. Everything was nice though. Pools, concession stands, and beach access were great. Everyone very friendly. Just too pricey through Vrbo. I’d recommend just going straight through the resort itself. Would come back but not with vrbo.

Very Clean and updated

First impression was not good because the door was jammed and after about 8 calls to the property managers and 1-1/2 hrs later waiting in the scorching heat outside they finally sent someone to assist us in opening the door. The door continued to be jammed and hard to open the entire stay. One of the toilets backed up and they did send maintenance fairly quickly to fix. Overall the condo was clean and well kept, but the door or lock defininately needs fixed or replaced.
