Welcome to The Sanctuary, a secluded retreat tucked off Atlantic Avenue.
Walking distance to shops restaurants and nightlife. Studio space with private entrance, parking, fenced in backyard with seating and bistro lights. Thoughtfully designed with attention to every detail in mind for guests comfort and relaxation. Property entrance is accessed through alleyway. Walk, bike or try Delray's free golf cart shuttle to the beach. WIFI, smart TV, A/C, Yoga Mat, dumbbells, bands and more!

The Space:
The Sanctuary is a detached unit behind a main house and is completely fenced in (6 foot fence) for full privacy. Access to our secluded unit is through our alley way demarked with a directional hand painted Sign “Just Breath" Alley Way (shown in listing pictures). Park in the private driveway in front of the house. Enjoy easy self check-in using the keypad on the door. Your tranquil, newly remodeled studio awaits you with a comfortable queen-sized bed, galley-style kitchen with microwave, full sink, fridge and electric stove. Full bathroom with standup shower. Pet friendly with private fenced in back-yard to sit and enjoy the sun or relax in the evening under the bistro lights.

Guest Access:
Private detached studio. The unit offers guests driveway parking (1 car) and a private fenced-in backyard with outdoor seating. Access to the unit is through our alley way demarked with hand painted signage "Just Breathe" alleyway - check detailed directions in your booking confirmation prior to arrival. Walk, bike or take Delray's free golf cart shuttle to the beach, Atlantic Ave's shops and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, or take Delray's free golf cart shuttle to the beach or Atlantic Avenues shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is just 1 mile down Atlantic Ave. Delray's famous tennis center and shops and restaurant are just a few blocks away.

Other Things to Note:
A gated fence in the backyard remains closed; however, if you are traveling with a larger party and require an additional unit - please check our Flip Flop Inn Listing - as the gate can be opened and adjoined to the backyard of the front property to provide direct access between the main house (Flip Flop Inn) and the stuido (The Sanctuary).

Nice place for the weekend

Clean, efficient, very close to the beach and downtown. However the neighborhood is pretty sketchy, but we didn’t have any problems. Our only minor inconvenience is that the small yard is all mulch. We unfortunately got a very rainy weekend and we were fighting the mud from the mulch every time we let our dogs out :/ our only suggestion would be maybe to put down some AstroTurf or something in that small area to avoid the mess. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the place is convenient, clean and comfy.

Lawn sprinklers were on when we arrived. Couldn’t get into unit for two and a half hours. Then couldn’t let dog in fenced back yard for another 3 hours because sprinklers were on. TV didn’t have a signal all weekend. Manager said cable company would be there the next morning but they never showed. Manager offered to move us to another unit but we were already settled in and it was getting late in the evening. The neighborhood was run down and a bit sketchy. On a good note, the unit was charming inside and clean and well equipped.

Perfect For An Overnight

I attended a fundraiser and needed a one night stay. This was the perfect place for my needs. Great communication, easy to access. Would stay there again.

Very sketchy neighborhood….

Had a horrific time communicating with the owners of the property to get the TV fixed, which took an enormous part of my time and stressed me out immensely! Once they sent the host that lived there, things were much better which should’ve been done ASAP…..
