Beautiful ocean-front complex that is very close to downtown Kona, wonderful beaches and great snorkel spots. Property has a man-made beach right on the ocean, so you don't even have to leave the property to get that beach visit. Beach area equipped with BBQ's, lawn chairs, shade trees and a fresh-water pool. Property has that authentic Hawaiian feel as opposed to a hotel or resort vibe.

The condo is very updated and remodeled with hardwood floors throughout and a wonderful stone-work shower. Kitchen has a dishwasher and garbage disposal and is stocked with many kitchen essentials. Condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer as well.

Master bedroom has a king memory foam bed and a large closet. Living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed, which has a queen mattress inside. The mattress is a real mattress and not a flat, thin futon type mattress. Smart TVs in both living room and master. Along with basic cable. Updated AC unit in both living room and bedroom, also fans in every room of the house including bathroom. No swap cooler here!

Beautiful lanai with ocean view to watch the sunset and eat meals. From one side, the lanai has an ocean view from the other you have a mountain view. This condo is a corner unit which mean you only have a neighbor on one side as opposed to most units have a neighboring unit on both sides. Free assigned parking on site for one vehicle. Just south across the street you will find an open-air craft market for all your souvenir needs. Just north of the property is conveniently located mini mart and other business.

Great location for exploring the island.

Property is exactly as described. Very nice condo. AC, in unit W/D very nice! Very well stocked with adequate beach and kitchen tools.

Good location for things to do in Kona. The beach area by the condo was perfect for the toddler and watching sunsets. Overall, it was mostly perfect. I wish our unit hadn’t been on the corner of the second floor and close to the parking lot. There was a lot of noise during the day from car doors, talking, walking by, etc. It seemed like people were stomping when coming up the stairs and walking by. Just too noisy for a family with a toddler that still takes a nap during the middle of the day when most people are still coming and going. If you’re going to stay with a toddler, it’s a great place - just need to try and get a unit that isn’t in such a high traffic area.

So Relaxing😊

We came to Kona to get a break from our long Oregon winter. We stayed at a Kona Isle condo before and we’re happy with the location. Upon arriving, we were pleased that much of the complex was updated and the grounds were immaculate. We made use of the pool, lanai and gas grill, just steps from the ocean. We saw spinner dolphins, a humpback whale and wild parrots right from the lanai as well as beautiful sunsets! The property is quiet and clean and close to amenities. Will definitely think of coming back! Thank You!
