Sawmill 110- TURNKEY 2 BR, 2 BA CONDO – STEPS FROM DOWNTOWN – SKI-IN – SLEEPS 6!

Amazing location in the heart of Breckenridge!!! Enjoy ski-in access on the 4 o’clock run and the FREE shuttle at the complex entrance or walk to the gondola two blocks away. With a short one-block walk to main street, dining and shopping are at your fingertips. Summer brings easy access to trails for hiking and biking. With the windows open you can enjoy the calming creek just outside the front door.

Condo Features:
The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances to make après-ski snacks or a full family meal! The dining area has a dining room table that seats six and there’s room for four more at the counter. The living room includes a gas fireplace, large tv, and DVD player. Each bedroom includes a tv for individual relaxation. Games and movies are available for use. Off the living room area is a patio to enjoy the summertime sun or fresh winter air. A gas grill is available for use on the deck. Enjoy a mountain view from the deck and bedroom.
The Sawmill Creek complex also features two shared hot tubs and a shared gas grill next to a picnic area. The condo also comes with ONE parking spot in the covered parking area.

SLEEPS 6:
- Bedroom 1: two queen beds, flat-screen TV, private attached bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. (sleeps 4)
- Bedroom 2: King bed, flatscreen TV, private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. (sleeps 2)


SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:
- Two indoor hot tubs available for use year-round
- NO Pets/Smoking
- A $250 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at the time of booking
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: ONE parking space in the covered parking area – one space total. A parking pass is required and located in the condo at arrival. Overflow parking can be found in the adjacent Breckenridge public parking lot, Ice Rink lot or on Airport road. Lot information can be found at Breckpark.com. Please return the parking pass to the condo. Failure to do so will lead to a $100 charge.
- Mountain air does not require air conditioning. Fans are included in the condo for use.

Note: Our cleaning company has limited time between guests to complete cleanings and inspections. We can offer early check-ins and later check-outs at additional cost from our crews if the bookings allow for it.

Very comfortable and perfect location
Visited as a group of four during spring break. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and extremely convenient to both the slopes and town. The location really can’t be beat. The condo itself was great and updated with nice furnishings and newer appliances. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, laundry, for relaxing after skiing, etc. The condo is located right at the top of the parking garage stairs so no need to lug equipment or bags a long way. There’s also an elevator, but it’s pretty slow. We took the brown shuttle from the stop right in front of the building to Beaver Run Village each morning, which was super easy and took only five minutes or so then skied to the very end of the 4 o’clock run right in to the building at the end of each day. Downtown is literally across the street so walking to town takes no time at all. The only downsides were that the people staying in the condo above us were sometimes noisy and the hot tubs were not what we were hoping for so never used them. Would definitely stay in this condo again and highly recommend Sawmill!

Great place, great location.
Very convenient to downtown and to the shuttle. Ski the "four o'clock" run at the end of the day and it takes you almost to your door.

Great Location - Close to Town and Skiing!
Our family had a great time staying here and it was a wonderful experience overall. Everything is a either a quick shuttle ride or walk away from this location. You can easily get to any of the peaks at Breck from here and ski home. We ended up taking the shuttle, which is literally right outside the door, to Peak 9/10 and to the Gondola to Peaks 6/7/8. We also loved being able to walk a block or two into town and be on the heart of Main St. The condo also had plenty of space for my family and had everything we needed for the trip. I'd highly recommend this location and look forward to coming back to Breckenridge in the future!

Best first family ski vacation
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location was AWESOME. It was so fun to ski in at the end of the day with our whole family, even our 5 year old could handle it. We also enjoyed walking to Main Street for breakfast, shopping and dinner. The bus was very convenient in the mornings to Peak 8 and Peak 9. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were great and very responsive! We will definitely be back :)
