The home is perfectly appointed with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. King bed in the oversized master. Queen in bedroom 2 and a full in bedroom 3. Pull out couch for overflow sleeping. Fully-stocked kitchen, cozy linens and all the comforts of home. Relax under the shade of 90 date palms and swing in a chair. You have time. Ask about our 1500 ft Baja packhouse for photo shoots and events. Large pad to park an RV or horse trailer. Caretaker on site. Make this date farm your own! Comfortable

Very clean and comfortable. The place was as described and Jason, our host, was very responsive to any questions or requests. It's a home surrounded by fruit trees so it lends itself to a quiet environment. About 20 min from Indian Wells Tennis Garden which was the focus of our visit.

Great house, perfect for horseshows!

The house is wonderful and very close to the Desert International Horse Park (1.3 miles). Everything is very clean and updated, and there's a really nice outdoor area with a fire pit. The owner is incredibly nice and quick to respond. We've stayed here before, and we will definitely stay again!

Convenient Location to DIHP

Very clean and nicely decorated house. As advertised. The location is perfect for those competing at DIHP. Otherwise, not a ton around the house. Private and secure.
