The bright, modern studio was recently updated, with new lighting and plumbing upgrades. It is well appointed, cozy and inviting. The outdoor space lets you enjoy Reno's lovely weather & fresh air. The full kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, pots, utensils, dishware. Pets are welcome to join you on your trip here, but must be pre-approved.

Guests have access to commercial-grade laundry facilities and 2 bikes to get you around Midtown easily and quickly, with locks, lights and 1 helmet.

Great studio near the Convention Center

I have stayed at Joanna's place in the past (2 years ago). What I really like about it is that it is pet friendly (I brought along a few guinea pigs), it is conveniently located near the convention center (I was at a national rabbit/guinea pig show), great parking (not on the street), gas stove, and laundry facilities on site. The only down side is that you do have to be familiar to where the driveway is off Plumas Street before Hillcrest Dr. and the neighbors upstairs can be quite loud/noisy after 10pm (quiet hours per contract is 10pm to 6am). I will stay here again in the future because it is quiet neighborhood in a great location.

It was nice

It was a cute little place to stay in. We were hardly there but it was hard to find when we first showed up. Overall not bad if you’re looking to explore a bunch.

Okay. Bed is very hard. Last night I was there yelling coming from the laundry room late at night

It was okay. The host was very kind. It just wasn't the right place for me.
