You can hear the surf at this two-story house in a quiet neighborhood just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute car/golf cart ride to the beach! With it's calming and sophisticated coastal decor you will be able to relax and unwind. This vacation beach home is perfect for your family, a pair of families or your special group. The backyard retreat features a tastefully decorated patio with a gas grill and family-sized pool and a spa. The pool includes a "splash pad" perfect for tanning or for the little ones to play on.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all you need- it includes a Keurig, a blender and crock pot. The ground floor master has an lovely en-suite and a single pullout bed for a little one! Upstairs the common area has a pullout sofa bed as well as 2 extra floor mats!

Weekend getaway!

The house was amazing and as detailed in the posting. Very close to the beach and all the happenings. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Sitting on the porch was amazing and listening to the palm trees and ocean waves in the distance was very soothing and relaxing. The host was very easy to contact. The surprise waiting for us for the grand pup was a nice touch. Wish the weather would have been less windy and hotter to enjoy the pool more but this is Texas and it is never as it is suppose to be. Thanks again.

Springbreak stat

The house was great, the beach was great. The only bad thing is there were spring break kids all up and doen the street and one of them threw a beer bottle at us as we were coming back from having dinner. It was a little scary.

Spring break

Walking distance to beach. We had 4 adults and 4 12-13 year olds. Plenty of room for all. The house is beautifully decorated and the pool and hot tub are well maintained. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
