About this property

Come and relax in this beautiful 4 bedroom vacation home with a private salt water pool. Within minutes walking distance the beach or the sound. Use the kayaks to explore the majestic views of North Topsail Beach. You do not want to miss out on the awesome sunsets! Tipsy Topsail is a vacation home for family and friends.

Private saltwater pool; short walk to play volleyball, corn hole or get more fishing tackle. Neighborhood has a beach access minutes away. Across the street is a pier/gazebo for kayaking, fishing, or relaxing. Beautiful neighborhood for bicycling, walking or jogging. Tipsy Topsail has a fully stocked kitchen including dishware, pots and pans etc. Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy your vacation. Linens and towels included as well as shampoo, body wash and conditioner.

Guests will have full access to entire home plus use of 2 car garage, kayaks, private swimming pool, private outdoor shower, along with miles of beach access.

Owners live just a short distance away and can be available when and if needed.

Quiet streets, great for bike rides or walking with loved ones.

Tipsy Topsail is at the far end of North Topsail Beach, it is a good 15-20 minute drive to grocery store or restaurants.

Self check in with keylock, toiletries, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash are included.

Up to (3) house trained 4 legged family members are allowed with Owners permission, must be noted on reservation. There is a non refundable fee of $150 per dog. Billed separately.

Disruptive parties and events are not allowed. Must be over 25 to rent.

Beautiful views!!

This property had breathtaking views of both the ocean and waterway! 4 floors with elevator (which my husbands knees appreciated!!). There were balconies everywhere!! We enjoyed the hot tub but unfortunately the weather turned too cold to enjoy the pool! Kitchen had everything you would need. 2nd floor had 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. 4th floor had master suite-which was an open area once you reach the top floor. No door. Be aware in case you want the ability to close off the other floors (noise, people). But it was a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay!

Tipsy Topsail

Listing was accurately described. Very easy check in process. Guide that was provided, prior to check in, gave all information needed for check in and information on nearby restaurants was very helpful. Very easy check in process. Property was clean. Two bedrooms had double beds, made it somewhat challenging for two adults. Otherwise great property.

Best Beach House Yet

We stay at the beach every year, and so far, this has been the best house we have stayed in. We thought the house was pretty well maintained and clean, which considering this late in the season I'm sure is a real challenge for the owners/rental company. I sincerely encourage you to continue this as we have returned to some houses after a year and found their state of overall cleanliness and maintenance to have been very neglected...and never returned. The only problems we had was up front the internet SSID and password did not work and seems to have defaulted to the original router SSID and password. We were told by the POC that the router sometimes resets itself. If so, then this needs to be put into the instructions so that when this happens, customers can figure it out more quickly...or just leave it that way. I eventually figured it out, but it took me a while before I had the a-ha moment. Also, the cable TV was not working, and eventually, after all the texts about troubleshooting, I determined the cable box was malfunctioning, and this was not fixed until a Spectrum tech came on Tuesday mid-morning. These two things were not major concerns, though the football-holics were very disappointed. ;) All-in-all, we think we may return again next year, if allowed.

A Nice Relaxing Week

We really enjoyed the house and beach (a short walk away). Plenty of room for us all to relax in a quiet comfortable setting. House is well organized and equipped. Easy drive to groceries and restaurants.
