1035 Caravel Court is a spacious one-bedroom, 3rd-floor villa with views of the world-famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin & Lighthouse. There is an elevator in the building. Sip sweet tea or enjoy cocktails on the balcony while watching the boats come and go. There is a shared laundry room just across the hall from this villa. Take advantage of restaurants, shops, golf, tennis & water activities, all just a short walk from your vacation "home away from home." The fully-equipped, updated kitchen with granite counters is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach or enjoying a delightful meal in the dining area or outside on the balcony. What a View!

Obviously a great location with fantastic view. We spent lots of time on the balcony. Facility decor is somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Sliding door to balcony does not lock but not a concern. Bed and linens could be refreshed..Building public areas in great shape.

Best Harbortown View!

Lovely property. Well stocked with everything needed from utensils, pots and pans, kitchen supplies, bath towels and even beach towels. Very comfortable living room furniture. We would definitely return , and have recommended this condo to several friends.
