Get ready for a relaxing Montana experience! Nestled in the quiet mountains just south of Kalispell, our 6 acre property boasts abundant wildlife, meandering Patrick Creek, and plenty of tranquility. Skiing and lake life are only a few miles away, not to mention hiking right off your back deck to 6000 acres of publicly accessible forest land. Drive a little further up Patrick Creek Road to some spectacular hiking with views overlooking Flathead Lake and the little town of Somers. After hiking, drive a quick 4.5 miles north to the Foys Lake Public Beach for a quick dip to cool off or enjoy a whole afternoon there with kids.

Our nextdoor neighbor is Artemis Acres Paint Horse Ranch, a well known horse ranch with guided rides for people of all ages. If you'd like to enjoy a scenic horseback ride while you're here we recommend making a reservation well in advance for this popular activity.

Our new construction one bedroom, one full bath apartment features vaulted ceilings, open concept, a fun double bed hideaway loft, living room sofa sleeper, king master, galley kitchen, granite dining table with seating for 6, a private deck with grill and Starlink high speed internet. Parking is available under a covered carport from which there is a flight of stairs up to the private entrance of the apartment.
