This is a 2BR/2BTH apartment close to the convention center. It features spectacular views of downtown Dallas.

The apartment is well-equipped with a full kitchen and offers a dining and living area with a 43-inch flat-screen smart TV.

Both bedrooms have king-size beds and the place can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.

Please let us know in advance if there will be more than 4 guests staying at the apartment so we can provide additional beds and linen. Note that the maximum occupancy limit is 6 guests.

House Rules:

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

Packages and Deliveries: Due to security and liability reasons, we cannot accept any packages prior to your arrival. If you need any packages delivered, you can have the carrier hold them at their pickup location.

Smoking, Parties, and Noise: Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $500 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

Illegal Activities: Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.

Guest Limits: Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

Extras: Extra linen and beds can be provided upon request. Please let us know in advance if you plan on using the foldable beds, sofa beds, or floor mattresses, so our team can leave extras in the apartment.

Pet policy: Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

Lost keys: Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

Surveillance: All of our properties may use video surveillance in public areas. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the suite to monitor excessive noise levels.

Damages: Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damages to customer service.

Rental Agreement: Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Guests will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to their arrival.

If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance during your stay, please contact us directly via chat, phone, or email. Contact information will be provided to you upon booking. Please do not contact the building staff or leasing office. While the building staff knows that you're staying with us, they won't be able to help you with your questions or concerns.

ID and Payment Verification: We require a government-issued photo ID for all guests along with a picture of the credit card that they used for the payment, showing the last 4 of cc number and the card holder's name, and here's why:

For the safety of our neighboring residents and for our property, we must confirm that guests occupying our property are who they claim to be. Confirmation of age of the responsible party (Primary Guest) who booked our property, and that they meet our minimum age requirement. Prevention of credit card fraud, and that the name on the credit card on file matches the name on the Primary Guest ID

Common amenities include a swimming pool, game room, cinema, and a gym that are available for guests' use. Please note that the cinema and game room are only open during business hours Monday through Friday. The pool is open every day except Monday.

There's no cable connection. You may use your personal Netflix or YouTube account on the smart TV.
The apartment is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with very small children. However, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Please note that we are not responsible for nor have control over any unforeseen or planned closures of any building amenities, including the pool.

Totally misleading description. The bedrooms were like larger cells. No windows in bedrooms. Wore out mismatched towels in bathrooms. Damaged , unsightly damaged cocktail table in living room. cramped L/R, D/R combo. No supplies(paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent). Only 1- 40in TV in L/R. No floor coverings (concrete slab flooring )

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for everyone.
We were disappointed in the location, in that, this area seems to be the gathering location for the homeless community. It would have been nice to know that up front. We felt in safe in walking around in the area. One main suggestion that would really improve the property would be to replace the mattresses with better ones.
