Ideally located just 6 miles south of historic old St Augustine, 35 miles north of Daytona, and less than 2 hours from Orlando, this is the perfect location for your weekend, weekly, or monthly getaway.
This beautifully decorated ground floor condo sleeps six. Sofa bed in living room. It has tile floors throughout. Just steps to the beach and you will see why this unit is often booked. Located in the "C" building, you're just mere steps to the pool, pickle ball court, shuffleboard, and tennis courts, so bring the suntan lotion and be ready for a great vacation. Dedicated parking right out the front door.
This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a fully stocked modern kitchen with a double sink, and a Keurig coffee maker. So, bring your favorite coffee pods, just in case you decide to have your coffee in or on the patio. There are plenty of kitchen/cooking supplies should you need. Dining room seating for six or just pull up to the breakfast bar and enjoy your meal. Either way you're going to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere that this unit brings.

With flat screen TVs in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom, you can sit back on the very comfortable couch, which is also a queen sleeper, or lay on the new comfortable King size master bed and just know that you made the right choice. There is wireless Internet in the unit for your convenience.

The condo has 2 upgraded full baths. The master has a shower/tub combination, and the second bath has a new all glass walk- in shower. In addition, the condo also has a full-size washer and dryer, screened in patio with patio furniture and the list goes on. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. This unit has it all. All linens and bath towels are also provided. Just bring your clothes and some food and you’re ready to enjoy.

Did I mention that you can bring your boat, jet ski, or your kayaks? Yes, you can. There is free parking for smaller boats on property at Building A, as well as a boat ramp to the at the Intracoastal waterway. You can't get any closer. Walk across the street to the entrance of the beach.

Will get your steps in

Great get away for our family. The only thing I would have to say was not the best is the access to the walk way to get to the beach. The road is really busy and getting across it is somewhat scary/unsafe. There are 98 stairs to go up and down. If you’re needing to get your steps in for the day you should walk the walk way! In the condo itself, there should be more toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent. They only supplied two of each and that did not get us through the week. The condo was clean and the pool was nice as well. It had a family friendly atmosphere and it wasn’t commercialized like some beaches can get. It was truly a quiet little place. I only wish I would have known about the dogs that could walk the beach. We would have brought our fur babies with us.

Great stay cute condo

There is a boat ramp at the end of the street, we went fishing there (need a bobber due to the rocks). Lots of crabs and caterpillar looking things we used as bait. The master bed was FIRM I can't do FIRM so I slept in the twin bed and in the recliner. Husband sleeps flat, so he didn't care. Two notes to the host. The refrigerator freezer is showing signs of crystal ice, could be an issue and the exhaust fans in the bathroom (I think its just the one. needs to be oiled its a bit loud. (those fans shouldn't make that much noise). We will be back thank you.

Pelican Inlet C117

Absolutely loved this condo. It was up to date and clean and equipped with everything that we needed. We also loved the pool. The construction was very noisy and bothersome the first couple weeks until they moved down to the other building. But overall we enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion is to make a overhead walk bridge for crossing the busy street that takes you to the beach. It was a bit dangerous for my children and small dog.
