Enjoy the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, open concept kitchen and living, plus a full basement for entertaining. This spacious stay is perfect for people who want the privacy of a home and the location's convenience.

Construction of the property was completed in April 2021. Over 2,200 square feet of living space along with an attached two-car garage.

The space features comfortable beds and a thoughtful design. Convenient location, a quiet neighborhood, yet super close to all the Dells has to offer.

Enjoy the featured local artists and makers thoughtfully placed throughout the house.
Mural: is a custom painted by Windswept Design Studio you might also see some of her framed work throughout the kitchen and living.
The door mats and sign: are made by Sarah's Signs a local custom sign maker
And you might get a surprise from us with locally roasted coffee from the only Local roastery and coffee shop, Bella Goose!!!

Great House

This house was perfect for our family vacation consisting of 6 adults and 5 kids ages 6-14. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location, very close to downtown and the Riverwalk. The kids loved having the basement and claimed it as their space very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, perfect accomodations

Our family spent a few days in the Dells for some golf and water park action for the kids. This spot was perfect for us, less than a 10 minute ride from Noah’s Ark and Trapper’s Turn golf club, and a short walk into main downtown strip. The duplex house had everything we needed - 3 bedrooms, nice bathrooms, modern kitchen and a nice basement area to hang out in. Also full garage was available to park in, which was really nice. We enjoyed our stay, and would book again.

Location, Location, Location

Location was absolutely perfect as it was a very short distance away from the downtown to provide quiet yet access to the Main Street activities. The back alley had access to the public boat ramp parking lot which was perfect for our days of fishing and boating. There was room for our two boats, one inside the garage and parking area plus an extra vehicle! The house space was extensive for gathering, eating, and sleeping - super clean and well decorated. We don’t have babies- but was touched to see that they had a pack and play and high chair - thoughtful. Kitchen was adequately stocked and was so excited to have access to washer/ dryer! Linens were super clean. Spacious, amazing location. We all would stay again!

Great girls weekend

The unit is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Enough room for 10 to sleep nicely. Everything is decorated so tastefully and the entire place feels new as it was recently remodeled. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage.

We have lived in Wisconsin Dells for over 10 years and love every part of our town. I work in Audiology and my wife is a general contractor that also owns multiple local businesses. We love to travel around the world and found it to be such a pleasure when we get to experience a great location paired with a great place to stay. We want to do our best in bringing families to the Dells and allowing them to have a nice, comfortable space to relax after a crazy vacation day.

Why they chose this property

We decided to build this property in 2020 to contribute to the tourism of our town. The downtown of Wisconsin Dells has been a little neglected the past few years and we want to do our part in bringing more people back to the downtown location with the local shops and business owners.
