Links 11B is a bright, cheery, and comfortable home located on Barony Golf Course of Port Royal, less than a mile from the beach. Updated to include new furnishings and a large, wall-mounted, flatscreen smart TV in the living room, this villa is a tastefully executed home-away-from-home. Enter the villa up the eight steps into the foyer where you will appreciate the luxury flooring that can be enjoyed throughout the common areas of the entire villa. The living room has comfortable seating and new furniture that includes a wet bar, plus free WiFi and a small reading area. The screened-in porch and primary bedroom overlook the Barony Golf Course. The screened-in porch features comfortable furniture for enjoying the golf views and the Lowcountry landscape. The kitchen is well-equipped and newly updated to include Corian counters and updated appliances and has everything needed to prepare daily meals. The dining area can be found off the kitchen and is open to the living space. The dining table seats six and the adjacent breakfast bar offers seating for two.

The spacious primary bedroom features a TV and an en-suite bath with double vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a window seat, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV and is connected to the hall bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. You'll love taking advantage of the community pool after a long hot-weather hike.

Please do not bring any pets. A fine of $200/day will be imposed plus a $300 cleaning fee.

Simply outstanding!

It was a perfect place to stay for our vacation to Hilton Head. We especially liked the screened-in deck where my wife and I enjoyed morning coffee/tea and evening wine while watching golfers go by and listening to the rain. All the facilities were great. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and a spacious living room. My wife and I enjoyed watching moving during the evening on the big TV. THEN, the use of the golf cart to go to the beach with beach chairs and towls for use. All of this with a price that was lower than other places a third of the size and not near the amenities! It really made our vacation one the best we have had in recent memory! Again, simply outstanding!

Nice location but owner was unreasonable

We have stayed here once before and in the links for years. It's a great location and the 6 person golf cart is really helpful to get to the beach. This stay though, the owner controlled the thermostat remotely and refused to let it go below 74 (even though we had a medical reason to reasonably request just 2 degrees lower at 72, he flat out refused). The owner must also be controlling the internet somehow because despite there being smart tvs in all of the rooms, only the main tv would connect to the internet and neither of our computers could connect. If you have to do some work while you're away, don't rely on the wifi here. We rebooted the modem and the computers had the correct logins but it was showing no internet available. The staff at Vacasa was helpful and responsive. They even brought over box fans for us to help keep it more comfortable despite the owner's lack of concern. If you're looking for a home away from home, maybe try a neighboring links property instead.

I’m giving four stars because the house was clean upon arrival. The location is great and we have rented at the Links before. VACSA was very responsive to the issues we encountered - Megan was the absolute professional. The owner locked the temperature at 76 degrees - who does this in the south? Finally 3 days into our stay he changed it to 74 and it remained locked. The golf cart was not working properly and holding a charge and front seat is broken and loose from the frame. Having to pull the grille out of the garage to cook was inconvenient. Absolutely no instruction manual left for the renter in how to operate televisions or when garbage pick up is. Furnishings are modern but couch needs replacing - stained and the cushions were not comfortable. Kitchen floor tiles are cracked and we even found mold in one of the drawers. The kitchen ceiling light was filled with dead bugs. Not sure I would rent this unit again due to the owners and taking too long to address our concerns and having to show photographic evidence for the issues and making Megan come back to our unit multiple times.

Summer Chill

Golfer or not I think you will enjoy this place. Cute and quant golf inspired home that has a well stocked kitchen (tools, pots, glassware etc.) The rooms are well spaced and neighborhood quiet. Enjoyed cooking meals, beaching, and playing family games. I particularly liked the outdoor patio that provided the solitude you might want in the early morning or evening hours (coffee/wine even better out there). The BEST part was the golf cart, which made traveling around super easy. I usually always stay at Harbor Town in Sea Pines but this time I wanted to try the other side of the island. If you are looking for a quieter and even more laid back atmosphere then this is for you.

Fantastic stay!!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to this home! Very well equipped and the golf cart was a added bonus and made our stay that much better. Hope to come back soon!!!
