Relax and unwind at your home away from home: Sandy Feet Retreat! This beautiful condo is perfect for families or anyone wanting to have a relaxing getaway at the beach as well as be walking distance to everything you need! Our 3BR/2BA condo is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the best restaurants in St. Augustine beach. Grocery stores are also a short car ride away. The condo is right across the street from the St. Augustine Beach Pier where you can relax in the sun and play in the water. The St. Augustine Pier offers fishing and beach access, as well as a kids’ playground and splash park, volleyball courts, and many community events. There is even a farmers market there every Wednesday during the day and live music there every Wednesday night!

We want our condo to provide a relaxing vacation so we have made sure we provide a comfortable living area with a flat screen TV equipped to host your movie nights with cable and several streaming services available. There are also TV's in each bedroom with cable. Our kitchen is outfitted with essential appliances so that you can cook your favorite meals. We have a dinning room table that seats 6-8, many games, beach accessories, kids beach toys and plenty of towels/linens for your stay. The condo has NO carpet and is all hardwood floors and tile, perfect for not collecting sand with your sandy feet :). There is a full washer and dryer for your use as well.

The condo sleeps up to six guests comfortably in the three bedrooms. There is a King bed in the master with large walk-in closet, soaking tub and shower, a Queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have TV's that provide cable. The guest bathroom also offers a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy a warm breeze during the day and the beautiful coastal nights from the private balcony with a comfy furniture, perfect for reading a book and sipping your favorite beverage. There’s one assigned parking space and several open visitor parking spaces next to the rental as well as an elevator.. Guests also have access to the clubhouse, gym, and outdoor pool (heated in the winter).

Excellent location!

Excellent location! Loved that we could walk to the beach and to so many restaurants! Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the birds in the lagoon in the complex! Kitchen was very well stocked - nice skillets to use! We loved being able to eat at home! Nice of the hosts to give gift cards to Island Donuts - very yummy and walkable! Small things - sofa in TV room isn’t very comfortable - one of the side chairs felt rickety - some bath towels were stained. Small things that could be easily corrected - and overall experience was excellent!

Super location!

This condo is in the perfect location. Easy to walk to restaurants and of course to the ocean right across the street. And if there are any questions about anything, Erin and John respond immediately. This is a great condo for families with children or for just adults.

A Superior Vacation Experience

The condo was superb; great furnishings and a great location. The amenities were great; for example, there were plenty of towels, beach paraphernalia, televisions in each bedroom, kitchen utensils, and family games. The complex had a heated pool (84 degrees) which was kept in superb condition. Erin the host was terrific and stopped by to help with TV remote ( some of us were technologically disadvantaged.) She also left a pound of coffee for our use and a gift card for the donut shop directly across the street from the complex. Parking was in front of the condo and there were numerous visitor parking spots. The complex is near the fishing pier and we got a great view of New Year’s Fireworks show and the Space X launch from NASA. There were numerous restaurants and beach stores in walking distance. The condo had beautiful patio which had a great view of the pool complex and the pond which had lighted fountain. I would highly recommend this condo for a vacation at St. Augustine Beach, Florida.

What a great location! View from second floor to watch the sun rise and enjoy the evening from the porch!! Loved layout of the rooms and everything from kitchen ware to beach toys was readily available!!!

We love St. Augustine and just moved back from the Pacific Northwest. Erin grew up in St. Augustine and we wanted to be closer to family. We love the beach and being outdoors. We also love creating space for people to feel at peace and relax!

Close to everything you need and it is in the most perfect location for all the fun, food and entertainment of St. Augustine Beach, while also allowing you to relax in a quiet, gated community of condo's.
