great quick getaway with kids

we had a wonderful stay! the goal of our trip was to have a quick and convenient getaway in the sun with our two kids (5 and 4 years old), which is not always an easy feat, but this place as our home base helped our trip run smoothly! when we arrived, the place had basic soaps and shampoos and towels which was wonderful since we only packed carry on bags for our flight and wanted to keep packing to a minimum. There were also beach chairs, a beach blanket, sunscreen, and umbrella provided-- everything that we needed for two wonderful beach days! the location is great for a short drive to several beaches. we went to turtle beach and lido beach; both were great! We ate at restaurants in nearby St. Armands Circle, complete with a stop for ice cream everyday! Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts are both nearby, which helped start our days off right; a nearby Trader Joes was helpful for a few snacks/low key dinner when my kids were too tired for another restaurant after a long fun day. we had a great stay, the place was comfortable and met our needs.

Comfortable home close to beaches

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts provided lots of beach equipment, comfortable beds and sofas, and a well stocked kitchen to make our stay enjoyable and easy. It’s evident that the owners take pride in this home. The attention to detail was appreciated!

Cute & spacious

The layout of the house provides space for multiple guests and activities. Very clean, super cute and everything you would need is provided. Carlos was a great host and after I left a sentimental necklace, he let me know he had found it and made arrangements to have it returned to me - I couldn't be more thankful.

Fantastic stay in Sarasota

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained and is on a quiet street. The home was very clean and tidy with an inviting and functional layout. But most noteworthy is that the property manager did an absolutely phenomenal job with amenities and personal touches which made our stay extremely comfortable and pleasant. The level of thoughtfulness was truly impressive!

Great location and amenities

I traveled with my husband and both of pur dogs. The property was gorgeous! The fenced in back yard was wonderful for our fur babies. There were plenty of blankets, towels, toiletries, and dog supplies. The basket of dog toys was an absolute plus! Will definitely be booking here again for our next Sarasota trip!
