Lose track of time in a private oasis with a large open lanai and incredible ocean views. Located on a rare corner unit at the Island Colony, this cozy condo has access to every amenity you could think of, including a pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, bbq area, sun deck, convenience store, and cafe. Island Colony 2301 is smack dab in the middle of Ala Wai Boulevard, walking distance to the local golf course and the illustrious Waikiki Beach. The property has a security guard, community laundry, and the unit is air-conditioned.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

Waikiki

Beautiful little apartment in Waikiki. Beautiful views - north to the golf course and a truly mesmerizing night view of the lights/properties going up the mountain. And view East from the lanai to see the sunrise! Great location for walking, public transit and the Waikiki trolley’s, there is a Biki station right across the street. This apartment was perfect for me. Stocked with all kitchen needs (although the toaster was kind of a dud, toasts one side at a time!) The bed was SO comfortable. Wifi was on site, so just like home. I will say that there was a fair bit of “street noise” in the later evening - scooters, sirens, and enthusiastic pedestrians, but was tolerable. Loved my stay here, and only wished I had chosen to stay longer! ❤️🌴

This was a great apartment. It had a complete kitchen, with oven. (No dishwasher) Has a great view of the mountains from a huge window in the living room and also a partial view of the ocean from the lanai off from the bedroom. We had a slight problem with the sliding door to the lanai, but someone was sent right away to fix it. There is a large closet in the hallway. The bathroom was small but adequate. They have everything you need for cooking, including some canned goods and condiments. There were no beach chairs, but there was a box of beach stuff for kids. The fenced pool and hot tub area are very nice. The picnic/bbq area is large. Nice laundry room. My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay here. It is centrally located, so it’s an easy walk to everything in Waikiki. We did rent a car for part of our stay and found that you can park for free after 6pm till 7am in the metered parking spots. We easily found one each evening. Other wise the hotel parking charges $35 a night. There are lots of great places to eat nearby
