Location!

The location is fabulous. Stunning views, waterfront, and walk a block to town center. Good upgrades over the last year. Simple and spare but clean and comfortable. Great beach condo.

Perfect beach retreat!

This property was the perfect spot to relax between sessions at a meditation retreat we attended at the property next door. Quiet mornings and stunning sunsets, fantastic food of all kinds within blocks. Perfect location AND at an affordable price! Some noise to be expected in a condo building. For those wanting complete quiet, the one common wall and ceiling need a bit more insulation. Book it now...you'll be glad you did!

Beach Property

The location is perfect for a stay in Carlsbad. The ocean front and view is incredible. The property is older and it could have a more comfortable couch, but it is completely adequate for a stay. Everything that is needed is there. Good value.
