Poorly managed.
I like to start the rating at Five and deduct rating for poor performance.
The only location provided by VRBO was “Palm Beach, Noord, Aruba.” The agent at the car rental stated, “That is not an address, that is an area.” Try to image arriving in foreign country with no internet connection and not having a proper address--outrageous. The proper address was Palm Aruba Condos, 3 4p, Noord, Aruba. A MUCH better address is Palm Aruba Condos, Route 3 4P, Noord, Aruba. Minus 1 off the rating.
The condo Wifi network was named wrong in the suite info. The Wifi only worked on the balcony. Minus 0.5 off the rating.
The primary shower stall drain did not properly drain, my feet bathed. Minus 0.5 off the rating.
There were 6 wine glasses with stems, two tall drink glasses, and three short glasses for up to four people. Minus 0.5 off the rating.
Safe would not open. Repeated contact with manager did not fit the problem. Minus 0.5 off the rating.
The balcony sliding doors did not lock. The only rating saving is the suite was on the second floor. Minus 0.5 off the rating.
Clothing from previous tenants were found in rooms. Were the rooms cleaned between tenants? Minus 0.25 off the rating.
Parking lot security was good. View over the pool was good. Mostly quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Clean bedding. Provided beach towels, cooler, and chairs. Large suite at fair price. Good location near better beaches. Add 1.0 to rating.
Net rating. The address screw up cannot be plused up. The best rating is 4. Given the other deficiencies and pluses, the net rating is 2.25 or 2.
