Great cabin- rental company not so much!

Cabin is great! Location is good, lots of rooms, beautiful views! Rental company was not great! Check-in at 4, by 3 we were hovering in area with no check in details- called and told they were “almost done cleaning” asked for address so we could head toward it and they said follow the directions for resort email- this took us 40 mins out of way! By 4, still no email called and told 5 mins, 4:45 still nothing we show up and walk in office and they said “probably 5” we finally get email at 5:05 and find out cabin is 44 mins with traffic from resort check in office! This puts us 2 hours past! Very frustrating when on a tight turnaround that night.

The cabin was great!

The cabin was great. The only problem was there were quite a few maintenance issues that we had to call about. They were quick to respond and some of the issues were repaired while we were there. The group had a great time!
