HORRIBLE stay!

We arrived to a dirty cabin. We made numerous phone calls throughout the day trying to get it properly cleaned, and each time we were assured it would be taken care of within two hours. We were then told at 11:30pm by Stanley that in order to stay here, we would just have to clean it ourselves. We were up until 2am washing sheets and cleaning someone else's mess so that we would have somewhere to stay. It was never cleaned by the company the whole time we were there. This was a terrible experience and we couldn't even enjoy our trip for the hassle of trying to get a clean cabin! We will not be staying with this company again! Not worth the headache.

Mostly no privacy curtains to thin need thicker curtains noone should be able to see into or through your unit same as door did not like that at all 0therwise love everything also bed n master bedroom need an upgrade hope to stay again next year and would like same unit god bless shirley smith

No pillow cases for pillows and there where stains on the pillows ! Coffee pot was broke , had to pick up trash that was left from before . Only a couple of towels for a family of 4- hot tub wasn’t warm , sheers as curtains ? Everyone could see right in the cabin . Did not have many things that u need on your stay . Definitely needs updates!!!! Brocken furniture outside could not even sit

Cute, great local, TERRIBLE FURNITURE & BEDS

It was clearly a new property, location was fantastic, and being one floor made it wheelchair friendly for my son. The cleaning job was OK, but should have been better with how new the property was. The rental property managers were very attentive, and met a request we had. The living room furniture and beds were the worst we’ve ever experienced! The bunkbed says 150lbs or less, but my 110lbs son made the metal support braces bow. We had to put the mattress in the floor. The master bed was worse than a sleeper sofa, the linens were not what was advertised, and an end table and lamp were broken. With better furnishings, I would definitely come back again. The dryer vent was also undone and blew into the cabin too.
