Sleeps 20. Five bedrooms including a kid’s room/playroom. 10 minutes walk(900 yards) to beach. Heated private pool. The home features an elevator. The home is outfitted with mostly NEWLY DECORATED house at Sandcastle by the Sea! (Gated community)

Ground Level: Has a two-car garage, brand new private heated pool, flat screen tv and BBQ grill, refrigerator, a full size bathroom. We provide 2 beach wagons and 6 beach chairs. Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home! Pool is heated free of charge. If outdoor temperatures is below 50 degrees, the pool heater will not properly heat the pool.

First Floor: With a lovely open-concept plan, the first floor has a well-equipped, spacious kitchen with custom-made cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a subway-tile backsplash and a electrical-range oven. It is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils needed for a your stay. The floor features two bright, open living areas with flat screen tv’s and a dining room/counter that comfortably seats 16 people. The 65-inch screen smart TV in the living room is sure to entertain families with their favorite movie and/or show. The fireplace is a Décor and does NOT work. The floor leads to a patio complete with a comfortable sitting area that looks out onto the lagoon in the neighborhood.
This floor also offers a den complete with "hand-crafted" desk, computer monitor and comfortable office chair. Fold out sofa allows extra sleeping room if needed.

Second Floor: Features a spacious, luxurious master bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV and a full bathroom including handicap accessible shower.. The lush bedroom also features its own patio for enjoying morning coffee or the sunrise. There are two other beautiful bedrooms on the floor that include a queen bed in each one and are tastefully decorated. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo and a flat-screen TV. This floor also includes a full-size laundry room. All mattresses in this level are brand new.

Top Floor: The top floor features a special room that your kids are sure to love. This room includes two sets of full over full bunk beds (maximum weight should NOT exceed 300 pounds for the top bunk beds and the bottom bunk 450 pounds). and a twin trundle-day bed that comfortably sleeps ten. A gaming-system friendly flat-screen TV and kids toys also in that room are sure to keep the children occupied. This floor also includes a bonus bedroom with two double beds. The two bedrooms share a full, spacious bathroom.

Had a great stay!

Loved the house! It was clean and had plenty of room for us! We walked to the beach one day and drove another and had no issues! Rita was great with communication! We’d love to come back!

Wonderful, clean, large home

There we 9 of us….all adults and one 4 year old and the home was very accommodating for us all. Everyone said there beds were comfortable. And we needed nothing because the place was stocked with all that was needed (pots/pans, coffee makers, large frig etc). I have leased many places for vacations and this one moves to the top! Rita the host was SUPER from the start to the end and was fast to answer all questions…..I mean real fast. The location was good and close to everything like beach, food stores, bike rentals and restaurants. All within minutes away. Most of us that stayed there were 50+yo so all the stairs worried us but the elevator worked great not just for us but for the luggage as well. No kidding I would recommend Rita and her home to all. I think she has a 2nd home in the same subdivision that’s also beautiful. Book if you can you won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding Stay

We were a family of 5 adults and our 9 year old grandson. We had stayed in this development last year also. We love the location for restaurants and shopping. I am in a small wheelchair and found the elevator very small and quite tight. This home was very nice, clean and comfortable.. We highly recommend it.
