The location is within Atlanta downtown which means there are a lot of good places to eat and wander. FOX Theatre is 400 meters away. Even churches and hospitals are just a few blocks away. There are a lot of recreational activities you can consider doing around the area which will make your entire stay more fun and memorable. Fox Theatre is just a 5-minute walk away, High Museum of Art is a 15-min drive from the apartment, and a lot more.

We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 7 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 7 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full.

Property was great in a awesome location and it came with secure parking. Overall great stay - just need mgmt to work on check-in process. Previous reviews noted issues at checking and we had the same - once they fiqure out a smooth process it will be 5 stars

This could be much better

I have struggled with rating this property. In fairness to the owner, he did his best to make the situation better. The apartment itself has great potential. The place has nice big windows and lots of space. The kitchen was very nice. We had problems checking in. None of the codes we were given worked and we had to call to get through all the 3 entrance doors. This was not a big deal. Our first impressions on the outside of the building were not great. There was garbage littered in the front. The main floor and elevator smelled like smoke even though the building is non-smoking. When we got off the elevator the carpets in the hallway were stained and dirty. The apartment itself had not been used for a while and was dirty. The carpets were dirty, the comforter was stained and the toilets had not been properly cleaned. Again, the owner did his best to rectify this. He sent in a crew the next day and cleaned the bathrooms, changed the comforters and did a good job vacuuming the place. He did offer to have the carpets steam cleaned, but we opted to not have this done while we were living in the place, but we certainly appreciated his offer. This place has potential. It is well situated within walking distance to Georgia Tech and all that mid-town has to offer. With a thorough deep clean in the apartment and in the hallway this place could be a 4 or 5 star stay.
