Summary:
Our elegantly designed home is the perfect blend of style, comfort, and location. Only three miles from Hard Rock Casino and Ft. Lauderdale Airport our rental comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It includes Youtube TV, Granite Countertops, a washer and dryer and a large driveway to park your boat or RV and all the amenities necessary to accommodate your stay.

The Space:
Inside:
Upon walking in, you'll immediately be greeted with a welcoming feeling a ton of natural light! With tasteful decorations and plenty of seating, you'll feel right at home in our 2/1 Florida Charmer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the supplies you'll need to cook yourself home cooked meals or simply enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Bedroom 1 boasts a Queen bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. A washer and dryer located inside of our home, makes traveling light a real possibility.

Outside:
Our large driveway can accommodate large boats or RV's. Quick stop while traveling? We are less than a 10 min drive from FLL. Convenient access to S. Florida landmarks include, Ft. Lauderdale Beach, Hard Rock Casino, Dolphins Stadium, Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, Las Olas, Miami & More!

Guest will have full access to our home. Self check-in instructions are sent 48 hours before your check-in time.

Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED AT THE HOUSE.

We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $75. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats. For an additional $100, we can have a portable fence installed to enclose the backyard. This will give your dog room to safely run around. Our backyard is best for pets. We do not have seating.

We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside. There are no parties or events allowed at this home.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

Cute, Safe and fit our pet needs too

The description of the kitchen does not do it justice. They had everything you could possible need. Great yard for the pets. Clean, GREAT wifi, and a quiet safe neighborhood next to everything you might need for your trip. We will stay again in the future.

OK but should’ve been better

I believe they have a few kinks to work out like flooring issues and mold smell. We would go back if they were to address the issues though. Beds not confortable.

Spotless clean & chic digs!

This property is adorable and is situated in a very working class, safe neighborhood about 12 minutes taxi ride from to the airport. It was handy from there to get around. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was simply adorable. We would absolutely stay there again.
