Master bedroom has a King Size Bed and Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. Living Room features comfortable seating and an HDTV to relax and enjoy after a day at the beach! For additional sleeping, a queen sofa sleeper is in the living room.

Guests can make themselves at home in the full size kitchen equipped with granite countertops, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, quality cooking equipment, and utensils. The kitchen opens up to the living room, which also has a flat screen tv and queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps two.

Our guests have use of the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer inside the unit, as well as access to the outdoor storage closet for storing sandy beach gear. The storage closet is stocked with beach chairs, water toys, and other items for your convenience.

The complex offers many amenities including indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, and game room. It is close to several restaurants, nightlife, shopping, golf, and fishing.

Please keep in mind that this condo is NON-SMOKING, and smoking is not allowed on the balcony.

Only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit. Parking passes are required. One parking pass is included in your reservation. Additional passes are $30.
