About this property

Our villa is a stunning 5 Bed 3 Bath villa that can comfortably sleep 12 guests.
A stunning, larger than average, 5 Bed 3 Bathroom villa with a fantastic private pool. All rooms in the villa are spacious. The villa is furnished and maintained to a very high standard.

The villa is spaciously arranged over two levels, making it ideal for one or two families The sitting room has large comfortable sofas, and a large screen TV.

Free local calls, free high speed internet access & free air con throughout the whole villa.

The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer (with auto ice-maker), dishwasher, microwave, cooker/oven, coffee percolator, etc. There are two separate eating areas (great if you want to keep the kids at their own table). There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier ---no need to pack your suitcases full of clothes.

The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Both the third and fourth bedrooms have a double sized bed. Uniquely the fifth bedroom has two double beds. All bedrooms have pillows, linen and duvets provided.

There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, all with shower/basin and WC, and one of the bathrooms has a large bathtub also.

Outside we have a private pool with an extended pool deck and with chairs and sun loungers for your use. The pool faces west, catches the sun from mid morn until sunset, and is secluded at the rear. Pool heat is available if required at $26 per night.

As a guest of Lake Berkley Resort you will enjoy all these facilities free of charge: fishing, tennis, basketball court, both indoor and outdoor gym, clubhouse, children’s splash pool, and running trail.

Would stay again!

The place was clean & spacious. After a long day being all together, it was nice to have plenty of room to spread out. All rooms have their own TVs, and you’ll need log ins for any streaming service you use. The pool was great, and the pool heat was $26/day at the time we stayed. Definitely worth it. As stated, this home is within 15 mins of Disney Parks. Universal is just past Disney, & Legoland was an hour. Although we packed our own, I did notice in the garage there was an extra stroller & baby items like that. We packed a Keurig as we didn’t see a coffee maker on the list of appliances/in the pictures, only a percolator— we don’t know how to use (lol). The home DOES have a coffee maker & filters are provided! We did pack toilet paper, trash bags, etc as typically these things are only provided to start out with & not continually. If you don’t pack them, Walmart is just ~5min drive. For anyone wondering about accessibility, we did have a member of our family with us who has limited mobility and has to walk/shower with assistance. On the main level, there are step in showers, which are nice and made showering our family member manageable; however, I would not consider these equivalent to a true ADA approved shower with rails. I would not consider this suitable for a roll in shower chair (in case that is important for someone searching). If we ever find ourselves traveling to Orlando again, we would stay here again as it was clean and suited our family’s needs!

This house was clean in side n out had plenty of room for the family pool was nice n warm did not have to freeze getting in had plenty of towels to use love the big tub will book again in the future also to mention it is not even five min up the street from midevil times
