This freshly renovated, beautifully furnished, spacious 3/2 pool home in a safe and quiet neighborhood, makes for a very comfortable place to enjoy your SW Florida vacation. Ideally located, 7.9 miles to the beach. 9 miles to downtown Ft. Myers and 13 miles to the RSW airport. Close to shopping, many restaurants, Golf courses, Bell Tower Shops and Lakes Park. This home has character, warmth, and comfort; you won't want to leave!
HURRICANE IAN UPDATE: We are so fortunate that our home had no flooding and only minimal outside damage that will not cause any disruptions in vacation rentals.

Wonderful pool and lanai

The owners take great pride in creating lovely spaces in the home. The beds and furniture are comfortable, with nice linens and towels. The home is clean including the exceptionally well-maintained pool. We enjoyed much time on the screened-in lanai where one can watch a football game from the pool on the big screen mounted on the lanai wall. Guests should be prepared to provide their own propane tank and any needed cleaning of the grill. Overall, this is a great stay on a safe neighborhood!

Excellent

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing even with young kids. It was home away from home. Much needed rest was accomplished. The pool was wonderful for our kids. Restaurants and Supermarkets were all close to the house. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thank you again Beth! Your home was beautiful!

Corporate Temporary Housing

This was the perfect spot for a family of four that was close to Sanibel / Fort Myers Beach and shopping. Very clean house with everything you would need for a Southwest Florida vacation as well as temporary housing. Beth was great with communication and we had zero issues.
