Walk into lovely mountain and neighborhood views from tall windows! Take in all in from beside the gas fireplace, or enjoy a soak in the private hot tub while enjoying a view of the mountains. Set your boots to dry near the front door, then cook up something tasty together in the full kitchen. If you're visiting during the summer, you'll be able to relax with ease in central air conditioning. Younger guests (or guests who just want their privacy) will enjoy the uppermost floor with its own bathroom on the floor. There's also a desk workspace for if someone needs to complete some remote schooling. Guests of the main bedroom will be able to enjoy their own en suite bathroom with both a standalone shower and soaking tub.

Ski shuttle details: City Bus Stop is a five minute walk to the bottom of the hill for Deer Valley or throughout Park City. Bus Stop has a blue bus sign, and is approximately 1/2 mile from Deer Valley.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful place

Absolutely great stay! The townhouse was well appointed and clean. Huge windows in the great room. Parking garage made getting around very easy. Easy walk into town. Free buses everywhere if you don’t want to drive. Only minor snafu was that the hot tub wasn’t useable for first 2 of the 7 days we stayed

Deer Valley portico condo

This condo was perfect for our family and some extended family. Location is just a min away fro the Main St. There are three ski resorts near by and all the restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this place if you are going skiing at any of the resorts near by. Will be coming back next year. Lee

Comfortable and clean

The furniture in the family room is very comfortable as are the beds. Has very clean linens/bedding and bathrooms. This unit has four levels so there are lots of steps. The underground garage, main, master bedroom level, and a top level with 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dinnerware, utensils, etc. This worked out well because we had to cook 4 out of 5 nights because there was almost no room at restaurants because of it being peak season. There is a very short walk to the bus stop which will carry you to PC or Deer Valley. This is a great transit system which runs frequently.

Winter ski trip

Location is great as it is located on the road to Deer Valley (<1 mile) with easy access to Park City resort as well. Garage parking is also a plus. Be prepared for climb. From the garage to the upper bedrooms you have 47 steps. A single thermostat makes controlling the temperature a little challenging from floor to floor; especially during very cold winter weather. Comfortable temperature upstairs, meant cool downstairs. The place was clean, but we did find a pile of used towels behind a bedroom door. Hot tub was nice, but had a green tint indicating the chemicals may need to be adjusted.
