"Destin Beach House" is a spacious 5 bedroom 3 bath home located in the heart of gorgeous Crystal Beach. Our home welcomes guests to enjoy a private pool (with optional heating), game room, and a serene southern feel as soon as you walk through the door. We can't wait to host y'all and have your family & friends feeling that every day you were at Destin Beach house again!
Destin Beach House is located approximately 2 blocks from the gorgeous sugar sand public beach access points along Scenic 98, a short walk or even shorter golf cart ride! We are happy to offer our guests a six passenger golf cart at a competitive rate throughout the year, so please inquire when booking for seasonal pricing, regardless of your length of stay! A golf cart rental certainly makes trips to the beach easier, as well as a fun way to cruise around town!

Our home welcomes you with the ease of keyless entry, and parking for up to three vehicles directly in front of the home (sorry no parking for RV, Campers, or watercraft with our limited parking).
You'll walk directly into our small foyer area that opens to the dining area. Guests can enjoy comfortable seating for twelve at our long dining table. The open concept living area boasts floor to ceiling southern style French doors lining the walls for an abundance of natural light. Our comfortable sofas, large SmartTv equipped with YouTube TV for guests, and gas fireplace certainly set the tone for relaxation.
Our kitchen opens directly to the living and dining area with a great open aire feel. It offers a full suite of stainless appliances, ample counter space, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, blender, a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew (standard coffee maker & Keurig!), crockpot, toaster, bakeware, and more. Your meals in will be a breeze!
Directly off the kitchen is a queen bedroom, complete with a dresser & smartTv. This room also has its own private entrance from the side of the home as well (with a few stairs to enter).
The garage can be accessed right off the kitchen area as well, and we know your kids (and kids at heart) will be enjoying making memories here. There's bonus accommodations for sleeping here with two sets of twin bunk beds with twin trundles that pull out beneath each bed. We've packed the game room with a SmartTv with YouTube TV, Golden Tee arcade game, ping pong table, cornhole boards, and even an additional fridge! Even a rainy day won't put a damper on your Destin vacation!
Heading back indoors, towards the staircase, the first floor bathroom offers a small standup shower, toilet & sink.
Upstairs, to the right, guests can find two bedrooms. Both rooms have vaulted ceilings, King sized beds, SmartTvs, and beautiful natural light from the large balcony doors out to the balconies. A hallway bathroom with a large standup shower & large vanity is located right at the end of the hall.
Going back to the staircase, to the left, in the hallway is a full sized washer and dryer. Straight from here is the 4th bedroom, with two twin bunk beds. A small closet & SmartTv complete this room.
The final bedroom is located just a little further down the hall. The spacious master boasts a King sized bed, SmartTv, Dresser, and a great balcony for that early morning coffee. The en-suite bathroom has his & hers sinks, toilet, a spacious shower, and a large garden tub. The bedroom also has a giant open closet, for luggage storage!
Our outdoor space includes a porch with dining for ten, and a propane grill on the back porch. The side porch overlooks our in-ground pool with a few chairs for relaxing poolside. The entire yard is fully fenced in as well.
Enjoy sitting around the fire pit, or shooting a game of putt putt golf right in the back yard. A sand pit even brings the "beach" to you, if you feel like avoiding the crowds for an afternoon!
We welcome our tiny travelers & have a few items that leave your packing a little lighter: a pack & play, high chair, & plastic dinnerware & cutlery included at the home for every reservation (no need to request these items).

A few important details to keep in mind when booking our property:
-Check in time is 4PM CST & Check out time is 9AM CST. These times are not flexible, as the property size requires planned maintenance, cleaning at every guest departure. Plan your trip accordingly to arrive at 4PM or later, and depart at 9AM or earlier. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.
-We rent to student groups under age 25 with PRIOR permission (not all groups are approved). A $100 Cash deposit from each guest & student rules agreed to and signed are required at check in.
-We do offer golf cart rentals, but this amenity is NOT included in your stay. Please inquire for pricing unique to your trip dates.
-We can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, but unfortunately do not have adequate space for any RV's, boats, or trailers. Street parking and blocking the sidewalk is not permitted & may incur fines by the City Of Destin.
-All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.
-We are pet friendly with a $200 fee.
We are LOCAL & always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities. We ask, please, for NO text message communication as you will not receive a response. Our strong preference is communication directly through your booking platform so that we have all the details of your trip to make assisting you a breeze. For more immediate needs and emergencies please place a phone call to Matthew (and be sure to know the logistics of your trip such as the dates and location). We can be reached most times of the day, but ask for no late night contact-we will do our absolute best to take care of any needs and questions as soon as they arise!
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations will have a credit card processing fee
withheld from the refunded amount. This amount will vary
based on the total of your reservation total.
This is agreed to when booking our property, and is non-negotiable.
-Check in time is 4PM CST and Check out time is 9AM CST. Early check in and late checkout is not always possible, but we are able to accommodate on occasion. Please keep in mind before & after your stay is the only time we are able to perform maintenance & cleaning of the home and most stays are back to back with other reservations.
-There is only parking to accommodate up to THREE vehicles, plus a six passenger golf cart. Any street parking/blocking sidewalk/rightofway may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation.
-We do NOT include pool heating in your stay and the pool heater must not be tampered with at any time. If you desire this amenity, please inquire for pricing. Extreme damage can be caused by improper use of the heater, as it must be turned on only by our professional pool company. Any tampering by a guest to the pool heater/temperature of the pool will result in a full charge of your entire security deposit. No exceptions.
-No underage drinking or illegal activity.
-Please inquire for rates for the golf cart for any length of stay, unless advertised or discussed as part of your total price.
-All guests must vacate premises at checkout time (9am) or an additional nights rate & cleaning fee apply.
-We do NOT host groups under 25 years of age, unless prior approval is obtained. We have strict policies in place for student groups, please inquire if you have questions related to this rule.
-If police or local authorities are called and eviction is the necessary result, the nightly rate will be applied depending on the issue. Any law enforcement calls may result in loss of entire security deposit, at owners discretion.
-We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 pets only if house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a one time $200 fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.
-Private pool is used by registered guests only. No pets permitted in the pool.
-No jumping from balcony into pool, immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
-No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time. Please treat our home as your own.
-Trash must be taken out on the specified days (Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday & Friday pickup). Excess trash pickup if trash day is missed may result in additional fees.
